Brady Village

It is hard to get things fixed and or renewed, it is a constant struggle to make management do their jobs. everything is old including the building, there are no outside doorbells and the windows in the stairwells are nailed shut and always closed. The floors are very weak and is filthy and dirty. The screens in the windows are old and need repair. It reminds me of the nursing homes because the windows slide open one way. There are no supportive services and the neighbors are to scared or don't care to say nothing. Someone has to call you on the phone if they need to come visit or just dropping by. This applies to the tenants who are in the two bedrooms. we do not have an outside area to sit like the people in the townhomes. Everybody's rent is 30% of their gross monthly income.
