River Bend Transit

I am really disappointed in the transportation service that you all provide, I work for a medical office and had a patient request your services to get home after the appointment they waited in our lobby for FOUR hours waiting for Riverbend to come and pick them up. I made FIVE separate phone calls to your dispatcher and each time was told that the bus would arrive within 15-20 minutes. I had called the fifth time to verify that someone really was on the way due to the fact that this person was here SO LONG that they were going to miss there dinner. I LOVE that you are able to provide for the community, but communication goes A LONG way!!

I have used this service for my mother. The last trip was bad. It took over a hour to get a return bus, while another lady called and got one in 10 minutes from the same location. Due to the cold weather my mother got Pneumonia.
