AAA Dryer Vents Solutions

You do not want to use this business for cleaning of your dryer vents. We have had a problem with the dryer vent since we moved into our house in 1995. My husband and I have cleaned the vents numerous times ourselves which has involved one of us on the roof and one down at the bottom using a rope, weight and rag to clean it out. This has been our life for the 20 years that we have lived in this house. We thought we would use a professional vent cleaner thinking that we were just not doing it well enough.



This company came in, used a vacuum to vacuum the bottom of the vent and then brought a screen from the top that was full of lint down to us. The screen was square and because my husband has been on that roof countless times, he knows there was no screen because he removed it personally after our new roof was placed In 2006. He removed it, because between the new roof and the screen, there was an impedance of the vent airflow. In addition, the way that we have been cleaning the vent ourselves would not have allowed the passage of a rope with a weight and rag attached to it. When my husband told them there was no screen, they called him a liar telling him that he had never been up on that roof before.



This service is a complete waste of time and THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEITFUL IN THEIR PRACTICES.
