Kings Manor Estates

This place is a DUMP!!!, if you can AVOID THIS PLACE!! leave!!! they pretend they are so strict with rules and police records, but NO!!, all the pan handlers in the corner of Flamingo and 595 live there, you'll see police cars all the time in trouble houses, they charge so much money for lot rent and streets are dirty, lawns abandoned, trash in most houses patios, the mail will get stolen. The neighboring parks charge the same amount and their streets are clean, they have pave roads, side walks, and safe place for all the mail, AVOID KINGS MANOR ALL THE WAY!!! Im doing you a big favor.
