Outback Steakhouse

Well we came in at 730pm and we didn't get water for 20 min and then we waited and waited till I called the mgr and he then sent someone else to help but again it took them 15! Min
And I have a picture of him standing around crazy foods good but service
Was the wrost and it was a party of 10 and I hope they fix it cause they have lost 4 different family's from this

Worse experience ever and manager Christy needs more training in customer service. I will never ever visit this location. Booth was dirty and greasy and the utensils had not been washed properly and still had food residue on them. And not just 1 but all 3 of my guest experienced the same thing. We had to ask for plastic utensils did not expect this from OUTBACK.

Usually I love the Outback. But lately at this one the service has been really bad. They underquote on times to wait and the steak was burnt when I received it.
