Chase Bank

I opened my account in Davison, but live between the Lapeer and Davison. Both times that I tried using the Lapeer sites the staff was rude and refused to give me my own money. When I went to the one on 24, my license was two days past expiration. I am disabled and cannot drive. It was the first time that I could get a ride to do it. I had my driver stop at the bank so I could get money for the new license and some bills. I filled out my withdraw form and was told I could not get any money because be my license was expired. I had many other firms or I'd too, and look just like my license picture...two days past my birthday didn't make me look different than that license picture. I asked for the manager, a Ms. Booth, who backed up her employee. I had to get help getting my wheelchair, go in (because they have no drive through ATM) and get the $500 limit from the machine and borrow the other $100 from my help, which was embarrassing and should have never happened since I had my own money in the bank, but they refused to give it to me. The next time I was in Lapeer, I decided to go to the Meijer location to avoid the rude staff that refused to serve me. I get my check once a week and tried to deposit half and take out half. I do this all the time in Davison. Again, the Meijer staff was unnecessarily rude, and would not give me any more than $200 of my own money. They could see the record of my monthly check and knew it would be fine to cash, like Davison does, but once again refused to give me my own money. If it weren't for Davison's polite, friendly, and excellent staff, I would close the account and go elsewhere. What I will say is avoid Lapeer like the plague. They are power hungry, cruel individuals that should not handle your money. Go the extra miles to Davison.
