Refuge Hair Salon

They scheduled me with Rebecca because she as they said knew all about curly hair. I went in with hair down to my shoulders full and curly. I took her pics for my color, easy but the cut was just a trim of layers no style. When she started to cut my hair I went over again just a trim I told her I rock my curls and like it long. I noticed she took a pair of scissors I've never seen before and now understand she was thinning my hair. After the cut she asked if she could straighten my hair and I was like okay??? When she dryed it straight it looked awful but I didn't freak out thinking maybe she straightened it to see the cut. After 2 days I washed it and could not believe it. My curl is gone its thinned out I feel bald. My hair is stringy straight and all my fullness is gone. I have tight curly hair and can not believe what she has done. Devestated!!! The salon says we are not her boss she's independent so we can't help you out. Ridiculous service and I will be glad to send pics!!!!

Kadi was great. They always get me in quick and does a great job. Definetly will come back !!#!###

These girls are always professional and my hair looks fantastic! I've been going to Dianne for years and I would trust any of the girls with my services. It's an classy place!
