We have used Mike for several years now. We can't say enough good things about his integrity and his work. He came recommended from a family friend and we could not be happier. He has done maintenance, installs and repairs on an old unit. We highly recommend.

Our home had the original installation with Neese-Jones, and after 2 years, 10 service calls, and a blanket refusal to honor a warranty even though we always suffered the same problem every time we turned on the air conditioning, we just gave up on them. Shame! We decided to call in Southern Comfort. Mike came highly recommended by a friend and when he came out, he was professional, courteous, thorough and he actually found the problem and fixed it! He looked in places the others never thought of, and came out the same day we called. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I wish everyone were this good!
