        Overall

        The change machine is out half the time the other one, the owner tells me has been broken for 2 years! Pure GHETTO. This is the first time I've gone there that there wasn't water on the floor & it wasn't TOTALLY filthy. Claims to have wifi, but it drops to poor so often it's useless. I'll be buying a portable machine, cause I'm NEVER going back to this place!
