Wayne Novick is an excellent Bankruptcy Lawyer. Due to mismanaged finances in my previous marriage, I found myself facing a divorce and a foreclosure on my 1st mortgage. Wayne was completely thorough in detailing exactly what would happen in my cases. We began work in 2009. I modified the mortgage with Wayne's professional guidance and advice only to have the 2nd mortgage sue for foreclosure. While the 2nd was not in my name but in my ex-husband's name, I followed Wayne's expert advice and he dealt with the 2nd mortgage company's attorney. What Wayne stated would happen did indeed happen.
