These guys have recently removed a tree in my backyard that was damaged by the latest storm. First, they were the only ones who actually showed up on time as promised to survey the job and give an estimate. Second, they gave me a reasonable and fair estimate, despite the fact that they had plenty of work after that storm, and despite the fact that that was a very large tree that was damaged by the storm to such an extent that it could fall on my house any moment, so I was not really in a position to argue about the price. Others clearly took advantage of the situation. Third, realizing the urgency of the job, they found a way to come and do the job much earlier than was originally scheduled. And fourth, when they came to do the work, they realized that the job was a lot more difficult that they originally thought, but they nonetheless stood by their original price. Enough for me to give them 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a honest professional people to take care of their trees.
