Worst experience ever!!! So my brother hunted for the perfect arrangement for my mother's birthday, and finally found it. He spent over 70 dollars on the arrangement, and they sent the WAY wrong arrangement. I live in town and he lives out of state, so he asked if I could help fix the error. When I called to inform them of the error, I was told, that they did not have those flowers so they sent something else. I told them that they should have contacted him before doing whatever they please with his money. They said they would be more than happy to pick up the flowers and refund his money. Seriously, you acted unprofessionally and unethically and up want to come pick it back up so you can make more money off your unprofessional business practices. I will be reporting this event to the BBB.
