Tropizar Motel

Started in their other hotel across the street called Trapizar in room #1 (they own it too) on the 8th. Got bites on my feet and hands and was not sure why. Then, on the 19th, when it was cold, I woke up with my eyes swollen and bites all over my face from bed bugs. Lost a day off work to deal with this issue. The owner is unapologetic and denies having bugs. They refuse money back or to move rooms and told me to just go. When they saw I was calling the health department, they moved me to this hotel across the street in room 18. I had to wash all my things to not bring any bugs to the new room. The new room was worse with bugs and I woke up with bites ALL over my body. I went to the emergency room on the 20th and the doctor confirmed bed bug bites and my eye had cellulitis (infection of the skin) which, he said, was about to go to my brain if not treat when I did. I was given antibiotic and steroids and missed 2 days work. I showed the manager the doctors info and my meds given and she shut the door in my face. I have a video here to prove my bites and the room issue. The manager and owner care only for money and the rooms are NASTY. I have reported them to the heath department and getting an attorney involved.
