        We specialize in customer service. We understand the stress and the costs associated with extended wait times. Because of this we have modeled our business to provide the best quality service with the least amount of downtime for our customers. We are able to provide same day service on most repairs. Our mechanics are State and ASE Certified. We have dedicated staff for Preventative Maintenance (oil changes), brake repairs, drive train repairs, fluid leaks and other minor service so that customer's have no wait times whatsoever and can get back on the road quickly. We strive to schedule major repairs around our customer's pick up and delivery routes so that they lose as little revenue as possible. Emergency repairs are given priority, especially to repeat customers. This facility performs all major and minor repairs, DOT Inspections and computer diagnostics. We use only quality parts and attempt to purchase materials made in America in every instance possible. The majority of our parts come with a nationwide warranty so that regardless of where our customer's are if a part fails they can obtain a new one quickly. Our facility stocks a vast number of parts so that customer's are not losing money by waiting for their materials to arrive.

        Overall

        They took me for $7000 in repairs just for them to tell me it was a bad engine I wouldnt even let them work on my bicycle. Very disappointed and it was over a month in repairs. Now I have a $10,000 storage shed

        It would be interesting to know who you are considering we are a very hands on company and always stand behind our work. No one is perfect and we have made mistakes although we've always fixed them. That does not go without saying that there have been some customers that we have inevitably chosen not to do business with. That is our right just as it is yours to post a negative review. However one negative review out of four speaks for itself.

        Great service, great people, great pricing. Very knowledgeable and helpful, these are the type of people that stay after hours to help my company get back on the road no matter what. Been doing business with them for over 15 years and I'd have to say that the comment above written by stephenwjames is slander because I have never seen anyone in that shop give less than 150%
