Kenwhirl Appliance

Kenwhirl appliance just repaired out refrigerator. They came out the same day we called for service. Ordered part for a quick delivery with professional service by Jeff one of their highly trained technicians. I liked how they put disposal booties they put over their shoes . Yes highly recommended.

As a do it yourselfer I researched my problem online and called kenwhirl. They told me that the part I needed would be there in about 3 hrs and that they would call me when the part came in.
They did exactly what they said and the parts cost less than online sellers.
I give them 2 thumbs up.

I have used Kenwhirl for diagnosis and parts several times over the years and they have always provided the results I needed. Once again today I relied on their over the phone diagnosis of my laundry dryer failure. I went to their store, bought the parts and installed them myself. Their diagnosis was right on and saved me from buying several unnecessary parts. I have and will always recommend their services to all.

Had to go 10 days without a refrigerator while waiting for a part the repairman told me they kept in stock. Finally they come and "repair" my fridge and 24 hours later all my food is warm, call them back and instead of an apology and remorse we are told they can't come back for another 5 days customer service is horrible and repairmen have no idea what they are doing

Service with this company is awful, they misquote the time it takes to receive parts, take extra time to make the repair when the service repairman shows up, he says, "I'll cut you a deal on the hourly rate, because I'm a nice guy", then the work is done hap haphazardly. Do yourself a favor stay away, this small independent has way too much business. I wish I could give a 1/4 star rating !

I would not recommend this company. They do not work with the goal of getting your appliance up and running in a timely manner. The serviceman was not knowledgeable and customer service got rude very quickly.

I have been doing business with Kenwhirl Appliance since 1978 when we bought our first home. They have given us great service. They have offered advice on fixing our appliances ourselves and well as coming to my house and my mother’s to do in home repairs. They are honest and courteous and are upfront when appliances are not worth repairing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs.

i live in milford which is a ways from kenwhirl but we know there business is fast, knowledgeable,friendly and prices are great we dont care how far we move kenwhirl is our appliance store when you find a great family owned business that treats you like family you stay with them just like we do in this day and age you dont find very many of those businesses around anymore i would tell myfamily friends and people off the street the same.

Great customer service! I perform my own appliance repairs and have purchased parts from them twice in the past month. I made a mistake with my last purchase. They worked with me and helped me resolve the problem. They won a loyal customer.
