Covington Glen Apartments

I am a current resident here at Covington Glenn Apts. This place is not a good place to call home... I have been here for a year and 5mths they have yet to come clean my carpet,the inside of the tub has been peeling up if I run bath water and I've asked them for 8mths now to come fix it. Today the whole building water is off without a notice also they raised my rent an additional 10-20 dollars every month since I renewed my lease nobody should have to pay the amount of rent for a house for an apartment. my whole upstairs I clude just me and another resident the other two just moved for these same reasons. I'm not sure if its because of the new leasing staff or they just dont care but I don't recommend these apartments to any one.the so call security they have don't work at all I've seen them personally walking around smoking and drinking with tenants. If things don't change I will be going to the news about it .
