Great customer service and great work. I am a repeat customer and every time I get some work done they give me a great ESTIMTED time line, and make sure they produce a product that meets my expectations.

Poor customer service. We placed an order on a Sunday and was told that the order will be available for pick up on Wednesday after 3pm. I get a call on Tuesday confirming the location of logo and or instructions that were completed on form. When I arrived on Friday to pick up product,at first, the home team apparel associate couldn't locate the shirt. Second, we were told that the back of the shirt was completed but the front was not completed due to the quality of the logo we have submitted to them via email. Why charge a customer $28.00 first before completing the product and then wait until we arrive to tell us that the image quality was an issue to begin with. This did not give us any time to gather more images while were in their store which contributed to being a rushed order within the store at that present time. Since we already paid for the shirt, we settled for a design that wasn't the initial order. I will not return because home team apparel associates' customer service skills are horrendous.
