My honey got my old phone when his one broke. The phone was a brand new iPhone at the time. I told him to put a case on the phone and not to let it break. Like most hubbies he did not listen. His phone ended up smashed to smitherines. It was so bad it locked up and got disabled because of damage. He had picture of our daughter, a video of her birth and so many irreplaceable things that he had not backed up. We immediately brought it to John and we are glad we did. In no time at all he had the screen replaced and revived and unlocked the phone. It had every back including the videos and photos of our daughter. Thank you for saving the day.
