Customer service is non existent. When the staff is watering plants, forget about getting any help. Good luck with returns.....it is ALWAYS the customer fault and will never refund.

We are never disappointed when we go here. The staff is the most helpful and knowledgable ever! We had a house built 5 years ago and have done all of our landscape shopping through Oakland Nursery in Delaware, Ohio. They always have what you want - lots and lots of flowers, bushes, plants of every kind, trees, etc. You name it! they have it!
