CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! PLEASE READ IT BECAUSE IT COULD SAVE YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES FROM BECOMING A VICTIM!!
My mother took her vehicle to AAMCO to be fixed Dec 12th 2018 and it's still not fixed. They scammed her in to taking out a loan with 3 month terms at 154% APR when the owner Kamran Durrani assured her that he would get her a 12 months/ 0 APR loan.They kept pushing her pick up date back. The owner stated they had to put 2 different engines in her car because both were defective but he decided to fix the 2nd engine's timing chain vs sending it back to the vendor for a 3rd time. They replaced her engine with a used engine with over 111K miles on it. They discussed the terms of her warranty and the owner (Kamran) agreed to give her a 12 month/12, 000 miles warranty. Her pickup dates where pushed back from Jan 15th, to 18th, 23rd, 25th, 30th, then 31st. I (her daughter) called on her behalf on the 30th and spoke with the manager Scott; he told me they were putting the finishing touches on the vehicle and he would call me back that day to let me know what time she could pick up the car. The manager didn't call back. My mom finally got the car 2/2/19 and when my sister in-law read the warranty, it read 6 months/6,000 miles instead of the 12 months/ 12,000 miles my mom and the owner already agreed upon. After they had a heated discussion, Kamran changed the terms to 6 months/12,000 miles but did not honor the original 12 month/12 miles. My mother took her car, drove about 4 miles and the check engine light came on. She took it back same day and they kept it for a few days. 2/5/19 she was told it was fixed. She got it back 2/7/19 and on 2/9/19 the check engine light is back on. She is so tired of fighting them and I live out of state so I can't be there to handle the issue appropriately. This place is horrible and they give anyone working in the car repair industry a bad name! It's unfortunate that people make a living by taking advantage of women and the elderly.

Probably one of the best car transmission serves I have ever went too. They really came through with my car I was in a real touch situation but they gave me the best deal. This place is a deal breaker.
