        when david and i started talking about listing my home i found his information timely, professional and right on the money with conditions here in south florida .. he is very knowledgable in this ever changing market. i am totally satisfied with his service and would recommend him as an individual that is totally commited to his clients needs.

        just one last thing. i have been a most difficult client and his patience has never worn thin. he is most compassionate and in every way trying to smooth out my rough edges. thank heavens i ran into david .

        Excellent Realtor.l Recommend.

        Dave took my listing and to everyone's suprise three weeks later I had contracts. He kept me up to date regarding all inspections, showings and escrow deposits. Dave was very professional and patient and is not a pushy realtor.
