Falkenhof Canines

I have been through several classes with Falkenhof Canines. I have seen a number of people quit because they did not like Marion's "tone". Guess what people? If you don't practice at home with consistency, do not expect forgiveness. This lady has been training people to train their dogs for 40+ years. She knows what she is doing and has little tolerance for people who do not follow instructions. In my opinion (have owned and trained dogs for 40+ years), she is excellent.

I purchased a puppy obedience class as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately the owner of Falkenhoff must be better at dog training than in taking care of people clients. My mother is older and had a medical condition flare up which is very dangerous to her. If she doesn't take care of it then she ends up in the ER due to a fast moving infection that can go into sepsis if not treated. When she contacted the owner of Falkenhoff to request delaying to a later puppy class, the owner was inflexible and said Mom was forfeiting her fees for the class. I knew that the fees are non-refundable and I was ok with that.
Update: 8/24/16 I was so thankful to see that Falkenhof allowed my mom to restart the class in August after all. I am very hopeful that she and her puppy will have a great experience with the instructor and other participants.
