        Overall

        My mom's furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. I live 3000 miles away from her. I called Randy, who literally dropped everything and arrived within an hour during a snowstorm to check it out. He didn't charge a dime for the initial visit, and my mom now has heat! We sincerely appreciate his dedication and sterling character. His prices are also far more reasonable than what BG&E quoted us (about 75% less!)

        Overall

        Very professional! Installed new air conditioning unit in residence. Work was completed in an extremely short time. Quote was right on. This man knows his profession very well!!!
