BenchMark Physical Therapy - Demorest

BenchMark is an Outstanding Therapy Clinic. At the beginning, an evaluation is done with the Chief Therapist who then prescribes the best treatment for you. I am thankful they spend time going over your medical needs in therapy. The intake schedulers do a great job of planning your visits. The entire staff is courteous and friendly. I can't say enough about the great job they do. Yes...therapy hurts...but I always leave there feeling better than when I went in!

Beware, these folks told me they're in network with my insurance, in fact they even told my referring physicians office that they're in network. I was told my co-pay was in their system as $7.00 per visit. After 5 visits, I learn from my insurance company that they are NOT in network. When confronting the office staff, they tell me that I shouldn't take their word for it (even thought they told me 3 times) I should confirm on my own, that they're part of my insurance network. The difference in fees $35 vs $248.00. Big difference. The letter I wrote to the office manager went completely ignored.
