All Around Pet Salon

All Around Pet Salon, LLC was most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any business I have ever patronized....EVER! If you are in need of pet grooming services I am sure a competent, honest and reliable groomer are all qualities at the top of your list of must haves.

Misty has been our groomer for several years and each and every encounter has deteriorated beyond repair. Especially the last one. I called to schedule an appointment for grooming services and Misty informed me that her van was broken and that she would call when it was repaired to schedule the service. A week later she called and scheduled the appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, Misty text me about 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to tell me she was on her way. Several minutes later she text me to say she has to reschedule; something has come up. I asked could I be rescheduled for the next day and she said no. She informs me that the next available appointment wasn't until the end of the following week and that I could have a sooner appointment only if someone else canceled. I agreed to the only available appointment that was 9 days later between 2 pm and 3 pm. I did express my disappointment that the rescheduled appointment couldn't be sooner. I didn't think about hiring anyone else because we have come to rely on her services...big mistake!!!!

The day before the rescheduled appointment Misty text me confirming our appointment. A few minutes later she sent me a text stating that she had an opening for a 9 am appointment and asked if I would like it. I texted her back stating the 2 pm -3 pm would be fine. She texted back and said K (meaning ok). A few more minutes went by and she texted again asking could I make it 11 am. Now, I am in the middle of working and I guess I didn't respond as fast as she thought I should have so she decides to call me. She asked again about the 11 am appointment. I told her that the 2-3 would be fine. She became annoyed that I couldn't rearrange my schedule for a 3rd time to accommodate her since her 9 am cancelled. Needless to say, the next day, 23 days after my initial call, Misty did not show up to the appointment and neither did she call to cancel.

Shame on the lady who called BBB. Why would anyone be so hateful, mean, vindictive, to try and ruin somebody's livelihood and business, over an appointment. Most people would have received the message, read between the lines, who would show up who is in their right mind. Obviously your not. I'm sure the BBB has a thick file from you and salespeople run when they see you coming. When the low go low, you go higher. Get off your butt and do it your self or get someone else. She does a great job or you wouldn't of had her come back. You must be single and voted for Clinton. Get a life.
