Denham Springs Mobile Home Park

My sister put down a $400 deposit on a trailer "not ready" for viewing in good faith 2 WEEKS ago. Was able to see the inside of the trailer a week ago, & wasn't happy with what she saw. The trailer wouldn't be livable for her family, bc of the exposed electrical wires & light fixtures hanging w/exposed wires. She since has called the owner Brad several times, & left messages requesting a refund for the deposit due to trailer being inhabitable. The owner has NOT returned any calls, so she may never see the $400 again! I'll be happy to update this review IF he returns her calls & deposit!
