Rice Wok Express

We have been ordering food from Rice Wok Express for a long time and we have always had a positive experience, until tonight. Called in for a delivery order at 6:20, finally got the last of our food at 8:45. It took an hour and a half to get the entrees, soup, and eggrolls, then another 55 minutes for them to bring the cold rice they forgot the first time. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get all our food. So my family could sit down and have dinner. Had to reheat everything because it was all cold after 2 hours and 20 minutes. All I got was a sorry it took so long its been a crazy night when the driver showed up the first time and then a sorry I forgot the rice the second time. Poorest customer service I have seen in a long time. Never again. I will order from either Pho Asian Star or Rice Pot Express when I need food delivered and if I am going out it'll be Gobi. Sorry Rice Wok Express but have lost a customer.

My daughter and I had the beef string bean and General Tso chicken and both were excellent! Good customer service and made us feel like they appreciated our coming in. We will be back!
