Dan is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the dryer problem so quickly. Never thought I could get my dryer repaired in one day! I would highly recommend him.

Dan was great!!! He was quick and to the point. Fix in dryer in no time. He was very courteous and not only explained the problem but show the bad part to me.

Dan was awesome. It took him less than 15 minutes to repair our washing machine. He was very knowledgeable, started troubleshooting quickly, and actually had the new part in his truck. I will definitely call A+ for every appliance need. I highly recommend them.

My fridge went out in the townhouse we are renting. I jumped on the computer to look for a repair man and was excited to see a local business with 35 reviews all at 5 Stars......but unfortunately I CAN'T EVEN SEE A 1 STAR RATING! I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I'm not sure who everyone else delt with, but the gentleman I spoke with was unbelievably rude! I called on a Sunday afternoon, which are listed as operating business hours; and didn't get an answer. I understood they were probably busy, so I left a message at 2:15. I got a call back from A+ Appliance at around 5:40 or so that night. I started to explain the situation and my problem to him; as I spoke he started to speak over me and then put me on hold. When he came back, I tried to finish what I was saying and he interrupted and bluntly asked my address. The entire time, he acted as if he knew everything...which he might have....but to treat me as if I was stupid for inquiring the problem and his reasoning for his conclusions to my problem....ridiculous! I'm the customer, of course I don't know anything, that's why I called you...which is why I'm gonna ask questions. After giving him the address, he asked if I or the landlord were going to pay for it? I tried asking when he could come out? He again asked who was paying for the service. This went back and forth two times. I finally explained, slightly irritated, that I couldn't give him an answer to who was paying for it yet because I didn't know when he'd be able to come out. I mean, if he could come out today, I could pay for it and have my landlord reimburse me...if it would be later, I would inform my landlord and have them billed directly. I just needed to know to plan accordingly. As I tried finishing what I was saying, he interrupted, again, and told me that I "could find someone else to do it!", and hung up the phone! I am in a service based industry and have been working in the service industry for over 12 years.....I just couldn't believe the rude and curtness from this business owner! WOW!!

My fridge finally died on 4/21/13. I did some quick searching of the area and found two main repair companies; A+ Appliance Service and "Big Mike's". Big Mike's had a professional looking website so I sent them a web request; it's two weeks later and I'm STILL waiting for a call from them (which I no longer need, thanks Dan!)



After waiting 2-3 hours for a callback, I got fed up and left a ticket with A+ Appliance. Dan calls me back within the hour, has me check the freezer for frost and immediately knows exactly which part failed, how long it would take to fix and quotes me a complete cost on the spot. We made arrangements for an appointment the following day, at which time Dan later texts me to see if I can be available sooner 9:00AM, to which I agree. Dan shows up at 8:40AM the next morning with part in hand, has my fridge completely up and running by 9:35A and I'm at work no later than noon.



Total food loss: $80, Dan saved me! Anyone who needs repairs on a major appliance, CALL DAN NOW!!! His website looks very basic, it's not as fancy as GE or other professional sites, but his service and pricing are superior to both. I expected to pay $400-500 to repair the fridge, it was half that. Thanks again Dan!

Dan was extremely patient with all of my questions. If he couldn't answer his phone when I called, he would always get back to me very quickly. He was honest about the state of my refrigerator, telling me what my options were, how much it will cost, and how likely the repair would last.

Dan was knowledgeable and showed up when promised. He knew what the problem was with my fridge and had it fixed in less than a 1/2 hour. I will be calling A+ Appliance Repair again.

Being new to Colorado and new homeowners, we didn't have an established list of repairmen to turn to when our fridge stopped working last Easter weekend, so we opened up the phonebook and started calling different companies. Dan was the first person to return our call. He gave my husband some things to try over the phone, but in the end, had to come out. Within an hour he was here and quickly got the fridge working again. Today was the second time that we have turned to Dan to come to our rescue to fix our fridge, this time being an unrelated issue to the last. Both times have been positive experiences. It only took a quick phone call and within a short time he was here and the fridge fixed! He is extremely knowledgable of the various manufacturers/brands and is upfront and reasonable with his costs associated with his service. The first time he came to repair our fridge, he needed to go get a part but was prompt in his return, but today he had the part on his truck. Both times, he has provided a one year warranty on the repair. When future appliance issues occur, we will turn to Dan time and time again without hesitation.
