As a tenant, I appreciate the extra effort put in to making paying rent a breeze. one less bill I have to worry about. Besides the traditional mailing my rent in, they offered me the opportunity to pay my rent online, use their drop box after hours, or I can even do automatic withdrawals, which is what I signed up for. I also had a good experience with their maintenance requests. I submitted a request through my tenant portal and was contacted for the repair thew same day. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease when the time comes.

I was able to renew my lease with little effort on my part. The online payments from my checking account have really helped me stay on top if paying rent on time by signing up for the automatic withdrawal. Cityscape Real Estate, LLC - Matro Brokers has managed my rental property for about a year. The property is well maintained by CItyscape and the tenant takes good care of it too. I get my rents on time through ACH transfer, so it gets into my account quickly. The statements are posted online and are easy to read and understand.
