        L & N Diesel Emission was one of the worst experiences I have had pertaining to customer service. The Asian man at the front desk was so rude! He never greeted me. I had an appointment for a Monday and the man told me that I needed to come back the next day. I came back and he didn't greet me again. He was upset that I asked him for a break down of my bill. He actually huffed and puffed and put his head down. The place is very disorganized and dirty. I was very nervous to leave my car there. Not pleasant at all. I left and made sure I let him know how rude he was. Took my business elsewhere.
