        Asked for a specific coil. One of the employees switched it out for a different brand that I've tried and disliked. Didn't tell me they were out of the one I wanted, otherwise I would have come back when they were in-stock. No big deal.



        I hated the coil he gave me, came back the following Monday to see if they had the right ones. He told me quite rudely that he *had* informed me that he was giving me a different brand. He was so insistent, and this wasn't the case so I walked out.



        Now I'm banned. Thanks guys.



        Management has always been great, but some of their staff need to drop the attitude.

        Overall

        I visited Mistery while on a business trip to Denver. I had been thinking about quitting smoking and stopped in as I have some friends that tried "vaping" and easily got off cigarettes. I was amazed at the time that the owner spent with me helping me understand the what and how of vaping. I bought a starter kit and some "juice" after I tried a few at the bar. What a great experience. I haven't had a cigarette for 3 days.
