        Overall

        The main guy Justin from Zen floors is a scammer. He took my deposit of half the labor and the cost of materials . He came and partially sanded my floors and never returned. He took my money and RUINED my floors! I was left with the biggest mess of dust and fully exposed wood floors. He never returned my calls. Do not use this "company". I also had him investigated, unfortunately the investigators hands were tied and he said it was a small claims court issue. I am in the process of the claim. Also not accredited with the better business bureau.
