Woodforest National Bank

Very helpful and friendly staff. My husband and I just moved down from NY and were floored by how friendly the entire staff was. They opened 2 accounts for us and were nothing but courteous, helpful and respectful. They are also the only bank around that is open on Sunday which is a huge help. I would highly recommend banking with Woodforest.

The employees are extremely rude! The took over $500 out of my account and tried lying to me about it. I had to go to corporate to get my money returned to me. They don't operate how they should at all. My mother works at a bank and she looked over everything and she even had to call them out on there bs. Unless you have a money tree, I would suggest that nobody banks there.
