This company is probably the worst I've come across. First my laptop showed up a day later than scheduled. When it did show up there was nothing in the box except the laptop (nothing to power it on?) so I called the #973-664-0700 and pressed option#4 and left a message on Saturday. I called again Monday morning and couldn't get a live person to answer after 8 calls. Finally someone did answer and said they would call me back in 2 hours. The whole day passed and no one called. I called again and again and no one picks up the phone and it just goes back to leaving a message. Don't use this company for anything -

totally useless. Getting my money refunded through staples!!!

I ordered a Laptop through staples on August 22 2014. PlanitRoi Printed a Fed-EX label on August 26, FOUR DAYS LATER, And never called Fed-EX to Schedule a pick up. Today is September Fourth and my laptop still has not been picked up by Fed-EX. Don't order from staples or PlanitRoi!
