        I was having trouble with my electric furnace not staying on. The appointment was set immediately. On time, called ahead and even gave me options to reschedule if needed. Richard was very professional, knowledgeable and made sure we had the heater going before leaving. Cleaned out the furnace and checked to make sure everything was working! I would recommend Connett Services to anyone. I have not had a better experience. Thank you for the help and prompt responses.

        Juan was great! Our air is just a couple yrs old. Came home to a hot house.. could not get air to work. He found the issue & fixed.. also it was under warranty!!! House is still very warm.. called & was informed it could take up to 24 hrs for it to cook completely due to the heat outside.
