University Terrace Apartments

I think these apartments are more set toward teens, college students, people who are looking for a nice deal. Decent space.. Where else are you going to find a decent complex with a studio for 400. 1bdrm for 500 and 2bdrm for 600. I myself am a teenager and i in fact enjoy this complex. It may get a little noisy, but if you are looking for some peace and quiet go pay the high expenses in west des moines. In conclusion unoversity terrace has nice maitnence, nice staff and okay neighbors. And college students if you are looking for a decent deal this is the apartment for you.
