They took about 4 days and 500$ later to change a water pump and dident call me back to tell me when i can pick up my car. After i talked to them and its was ready for me to pick up i found all my personal items in car were gone like stolen and he had no idea supposly.

The woman working at the front desk was so rude. She accused me for not being honest with her about my car issue. Ma'am I don't know anything about cars, you're the auto repair shop you tell me what's wrong with it!! I felt threathen and I would not recommend anyone to that place.

The first time we took a car to Winston's Auto Repair in Des Moines, WA - was on the reccomendation of a local friend. They had their water pump repaired at half of what the dealership had quoted.



Since then we have used Winston's Auto close to a dozen times for everything on our aging vehicles. Every time we have been quoted a fair price and gotten our vehicles out on the day promised. One time on a home tune-up job we had a couple of spark plugs that had kind of fuzed themselves in place. Winston's did not try to sell us more service than what we needed - and managed to remove and replace the plugs with the parts I already had purchased. Total service cost - $12.78.



We have reccommended Winston's to at least six other friends and they have all been pleased.
