Before I begin telling my story, I would like to give a quick thanks to Sherri and Shawn for all the effort they put into making sure my bumper was replaced in a very quick and efficient manner. I own a white 2007 Dodge Charger R/T and somebody decided that it was a great idea to tap my rear bumper (taking off a lot of paint near my license plate) and not even have the decency to leave their insurance information. I walked into Wally's Carstar just on a whim and was extremely upset about the situation. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with some "Body Shop" that didn't know what they were doing, then I met Shawn, and within 15 mins I had a quote in hand from somebody who seemed very knowledgeable. I left to get my finances in order and returned back about 2 weeks later to see Shawn, who surprisingly greeted me by name. They had my car back in 2 days because he'd already had my bumper. During those 2 days, Shawn, Nallely (don't know if i spelled that right), and Sherri (the Owner) called me constantly to give me updates. My car looks absolutely perfect and I feel better about the whole thing because the quote was very accurate. I'm telling everybody about this place!!!

Sloppy work, cheap parts, rude manager. Tried to fix my car twice and it was a joke. Took it to another shop & they did an awesome job the 1st time.

This shop is near my house and its carstar so i though they would do a good job. The service is cocky and once i got there to pick up my car the bumper lip was not the one that matches the whole car design, they used stock and i have the aero kit. the color of the bumper didn't match the hood, or the fender, and they blended the lighter color to the original color on a small spot on the pasanger's fender. unbelievable, i was so upset i requested to move the car to another shop to do corrective work. I will NEVER fix my car there or recommend this shop to anyone.Liked: Disliked:

They delivered on all their promises. Fine paint job, on time, courteous service. It's usually a pain to get collision repair work done, but their customer service was seamless. Highly recommended.

These guys are just so amazing. They are compassionate, honest and truly care about the people they fix cars for!! The quality of the repairs done on our brand new 2010 BMW was fantastic. They were extremely quick in the repair time which helped us save $$ on rental car expenses. We have been using Wallys CARSTAR for 15 + years and they keep improving. The technology and quality they provide are what keeps our whole neighborhood going back every time we need body work. They always return a safe and beautiful vehicle ~ J. Reid

These people do not keep their timeline. Rear bumper and taillight work was suppose to take 2 weeks! but they keep saying there is a delay.Will not deal with them anymore!
