In the year I've had the absolute displeasure of renting from these people I've never met Dan DuFault so I can't speak on him; however, his wife Denise is the most wretched, disgusting, rude and crooked person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. She tried to charge me $400 to remove the owners mattress from my apartment. My son was born 11 weeks early and I was a few days late on rent for about three months due to the financial strain and she literally said "I don't give a f$#@ about your baby" she slanders all her tenants by telling people they're drug addicts when she has no proof. The refuse to fix anything in their cruddy apartments. My power bills have been $600 for a 738 sq ft apartment and she will not replace the back doors to fix the issue. Do not rent from these people unless you want a nightmare and headache.

these people rent anybody don't do back ground checks and treat their clients and renters like crap..running your property down while filling their pockets...don't do business with this company
