Consumer beware....Very poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Very rude on phone. Asked about prep and said only applied glaze prep was extra. Told me to get new tub or insert if it needed sanding. Should never had made the appointment. Had to wait over a week 1/2 only to have them not show after taking time off from my job. They called to try to come earlier 1/2 hour before they closed the day b4 they were expected but I couldn't be earlier. 313 # they told me to call was disconnected. Had to call an Ohio #. Message didn't say they couldn't still make appointment. Not only did they not show but no one ever called. I called them and they lied about calling me and leaving a message.
