        Overall

        This is an old-old business and barely can anyone come up with something new. So for me it's all about quality in small things. Like polite drivers. An those who understand when to talk and when to leave the client alone. Like clean cars that don't seem to fall apart. And hopefully some cool water. When someone goes beyond this, its already a WOW. Motor City wowed me with an ice-cold coke and a bag of gold fish. Yes I am that simple. It's the fifth time that i ride with you guys and your consistent service has earned this review. Or was it the cold coke after 5 hours in a poorly air-conditioned B737...?
