SLOW SLOW SLOW. If you can't walk in the store and purchase items off the shelf, be prepared to wait FOREVER. Internet orders are charged to your credit card immediately. It has now been one month since ordering and I have just recently gotten one order and a lot of excuses for the other two. These were not out of the ordinary items. They were pans, cooking utensils, bowls, etc. I will never use this restaurant supply again.
