CVS Pharmacy

This is for the CVS Pharmacy.
When I walk into CVS Pharmacy, I am always pleasantly greeted. However, the Pharmacy Department needs to learn from the employee's up front and be friendly. If you do not like your job, then leave. I have gone there several times and each time I am treated the same, you stand there and wait. The person working the drive through is only working on the drive through. Therefore, I stand and wait for someone in the pharmacy department to help me. Prescription not ready when I get there, however I noticed people were waiting and as soon as the prescription in done, they are called up to the registry and walk in front of a bunch of people. Then someone drops of a prescription approximately 10 minutes later and get their prescription before me.
However, I just stand there like a jerk instead of saying something. So now, there are 7 people in line and my name is called. I get in line and the pharmacy clerk looks at me but does not call me up. Therefore, I left and went back another day to pick up my prescription and again just stand there until the clerk acknowledges you.
The pharmacy depart is small and there is no reason why the clerks or even the pharmacist cannot acknowledge when a person is waiting to pick up a prescription.
CVS please get a better customer service back in the Pharmacy Department. You know one that will make you feel welcome like they do when you walk through the front doors. Be a little nicer to the customer even if you do not like your job.

I love shopping at this CVS. I use to be a Walgreen's Girl. Now I'm a CVS Girl. The Genral Front Staff is amazing! They are helpful and friendly. They have two Cute guys there on Saturday and they are just all over the place helping customers and I. The Pharmacy Get's my prescriptions right and on time. Best store.
