very poor customer service. I paid my bill and before they got the mail that day, they cut off the water.

Seriously?? You didn't check to see about incoming payments before you cut off the water?

Now I've got a $40 hook up fee, plus a late fee; plus a day from work b/c you can't just handle it over the phone; you have to go to the office.

Please join the 21st century. You don't just cut off someone's water.

The representative didn't try to help, wasn't concerned and had no respect for paying customers.

Newsflash!! You NEED me, I don't need you. I will be having a well dug on my land and never bother with such poor service and lack of concern for customer well being.

it great to have such a company that is concern about the usage you use if you go over the regular amount that you get charge each month they will be concern if some water is leaking some where in the hous that's what I experience from them very concern individuals.
