I had a bad experience with Luxy Nails Spa. The lady doing my pedicure had some miscommunication on whether I wanted a deluxe pedicure or a regular pedicure and she got upset with me after doing a salt scrub on my legs (Which they do at my normal nail salon so I didn't think anything of it). She then proceeded to wrap my leg in a VERY hot towel which hurt really bad. Never going back and advising others not to go either.
