This company has a junior sales person, Paula, who is the rudest & most crass individual you will ever come across. She never, ever returns phone calls and when she does, she will tell you to "stop phoning me a million times." Her attitude will break this company for sure. One of the company workmen damaged our home doing an installation and Paula's attitude was "we would never damage anything." What a great attitude she has! Not! She should be fired if the owner was serious about his business.
