Company has huge sign out in front of their store "Infrared Heaters Only $99 When going into their store the heaters are price at almost $300. I spoke with their sales rep whose response was basically tough and when I would file a complaint because that is bait and switch they said go ahead do what you want. Dont buy from these people unless you wanna be cheated.

We sent our Gen4 EdenPure heater to them for servicing via UPS ground. They in turn sent it back to me via US Mail without any tracking number. I paid them 19 bucks for the shipping. They already had the box and the styrofoam that I had sent with the unit. The actual postage was 15 bucks. I would have given them 30 dollars had they only asked or had given me the option to do so. My heat is lost THEY ARE REALLY CARELESS.
