I went for my 1st appointment with on Oct 11th and I was very disappointed with these people because they werent in the office that time and I "fought" with few different people and asking WHY didnt they call me to cancel the appointment and postpone another time which I was willing to wait for a month and half until Oct 11th and they think I want to wait any longer?!?! REALLY!!!? They stated they did call which I knew it was not true because my phone doesnt lie! If they did, it will popped up caller id and received their message(s) which I never received from them! So, I have appointment with them today at 11:30AM so when I get a chance to meet this Dr then I will look down and back up to her face so I get an idea who she really is! Karma will get to this business one day just one day. Go elsewhere who is very professional and very honest. Working on finding one after I take a look at this Dr to see the real her!

At the front desk (Cathy) gave me ugly attitude and made a threated saying if I dont leave then she would call the police... whoa! She expected me to be very friendly and forgiven fpr whatever they did back on Oct 11th? REALLY!!!!? I think not!

I was very pleased with the doctor here. I left a neurologist locally to see this doctor and after many questions he was able to deduce that my daughter had been over medicated. What a blessing. He is very thorough and spends as much time as needed to answer all my questions even when I don't know exactly the questions to ask. The staff is very friendly and competent also.

Think twice before making an appointment at this office.

In the waiting room, chairs & carpet where so nasty / dirty I would not even put my handbag or anything else on the floor. There where disgusting dirty "spots" on the walls where people had rested their heads while waiting. The chairs where just as dirty but the dark fabric hide it. The exam room was cluttered and looked as if it had not received an appropriate cleaning for a doctor’s office in a very long time. The front desk staff was rude to several of the patients waiting to be seen. They acted as if it was a bother to do what I would consider doing their job. As far as the doctor we saw, he spent less than 10 minutes with us and we had no more answers than we did when we had left the ER the night before (we where a work but that should not have affected the quality of care received). His approach to our questions was short as if they where not related to our concerns and he did not have time to answer them. We are both professionals and had done our research before arriving at his office and had several questions we would have liked answered. Our first instinct is to change practices, but if you are looking in the Douglasville area you will see there are limited choices. If we choose to continue with this practice we will not be seen again in the Douglasville office. If the same nasty / dirty conditions are experienced in a 2nd office we will discontinue going to this practice and attempt to report the deplorable conditions to our insurance provider as well as the appropriate state or local authorities.
