        It's not the store that I had ...

        It's not the store that I had problems with, but the service department. It took 3 sofas to be delivered before we got one that wasn't damaged. I have had the set almost a year & had to call for service because the padding is sliding in the arm of the loveseat. They have determined it to be normal wear on our model of furniture. Really!! We are leaning on the cushioned that I paid extra for in order to prevent this! Explain to me again what the warranty is supposed to cover again. Very disappointed!!
