Sunshine House

I had no problems with this facility until the 4 year old teacher Jessie said my son looked like a sad puppy and she & the assistant teacher Eunice & other kids laughed. She even told me "I just won't joke or say anything else to him because he's offended by everything I say!" Can you imagine how this makes a 4 year old feel? No this is not offensive to an adult but to a four year old he thought it was rude and was very upset. I provided my concerns to director Tammy Clark and her reply was its up to the parent to explain to their kids things like that she also stated her teachers are not experienced in customer service because she handles those issues. This is vey unsatisfactory. The teacher should have apologized instead of defending why she said it also the director should not make excuses for poor communication. I don't recommend this place.
